Director of Development

Indianapolis Ballet, an equal opportunity employer, is seeking an experienced Director of Development for the advancement of classical ballet in our community. Reporting to the Executive Director, this position leads the fundraising strategy for the organization through donor-centered philanthropy.

Essential requirements: Exceptional time management, excellent writing skills, and attention to detail. Oversees work of IB’s Development Associate and Volunteer Coordinator, and IB’s Grant Writer.

Duties include: Relationship-based fundraising, stewardship, and department management.

Salary: $60,000-$65,000 commensurate with experience.
