Our heartfelt appreciation goes out to the entire IB/ISB family for your patience through this unprecedented and challenging time. We are monitoring all guidelines from the CDC and government authorities to do our part in protecting those at high risk and all our loved ones from getting infected by or contributing to the spread of COVID-19.
Here’s how that currently affects us:
We are very saddened that we have to cancel all Indianapolis School of Ballet classes for the remainder of the semester. While the decision was a difficult one, it was also a necessary one to put the health and safety of our community first.
Based on CDC projections, local government officials, and prevailing public sentiment about the COVID-19 status in the U.S.,Indianapolis Ballet has made the postpone The Sleeping Beauty to our 2020-21 Season.
Ticket sales cover a critical part of our annual operations costs and, even during these challenging times, those costs continue. By donating your tickets, purchasing or renewing a season subscription, or making a contribution to the IB Emergency Relief Fund, you’re ensuring the continuity of our operations.
Thank you for your understanding, patience, and support as the arts community unites to combat this pandemic. We’re all in this together, and when it is safe to gather once again, we look forward to providing wonderful avenues for you to #BeUplifted.
