Development Officer: Annual Fund & Grant Support

The Development Officer: Annual Fund & Grant Support position partners with the Executive Director, Board, and staff to design and execute donor-centered, data-driven fundraising strategies that align donor passions with the organization’s mission. Oversees grant writing, donor stewardship, and development operations, including budgeting, compliance, and strategic engagement to maximize fundraising ROI. Represents Indianapolis Ballet at events and in the community, fostering relationships with donors, sponsors, and stakeholders to support long-term organizational growth.

Salary: $47,000 - $53,000, commensurate with experience.
